Designed with a wide center barrel mout iece to help disperse tongue pressure across a greater area, the Myler Eggbutt Wide Barrel Bit W/ Hooks features eggbutt cheeks to help prevent pinching against the lips and sides of the mouth. Made with the MB 02 mout iece. The MB 02 is the Myler alternative to the traditional French link or lozenge mout iece commonly used in snaffle bits. The MB 02 rotates onto the tongue applying tongue pressure, but because the mout iece is curved, it wraps around the bars and lips instead of pinching. The barrel in the center applies approximately the same pressure on the tongue as a traditional three-piece mout iece however, the barrel distributes the pressure more kindly and creates Independent Side Movement™. Crafted in durable stainless steel and featuring a copper inlay mout iece to help encourage oxidization and salivation. Complete with hooks to help offer increased leverage.
